When you make a booking through ProtonTrip, you enter into a contract with the airline or service provider. We act as an intermediary to facilitate your booking.

Payment Terms:

• All prices are displayed in the currency selected at the time of booking
• Payment is due immediately upon booking confirmation
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed
• All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the airline or service provider. These policies vary by fare type, route, and booking conditions.

ProtonTrip will assist with cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee refunds. Any applicable refunds will be processed according to the provider's policy and may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProtonTrip acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of any service provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProtonTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ProtonTrip, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ProtonTrip or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without express written permission.
